Fruits Basket anime/manga?

How many books are in the series (in english), and is it ended or still going? It's my favorite, but before I start collecting, I need to know what!

the manga in the english series goes up to 20 voluemes but I think 14 through 20 are not released yet in america. -_-
Reply:It's still going. Volume 14 is scheduled for August 2006 publication (I think it actually may have just come out within the past week).
