No sorry, both Takaya and Daichi said in interviews last year that neither want to do anymore work on the anime after such a long time. It was only meant to be something that would keep popularity up while she recovered from her op and to draw more people to the manga, there was never any plans to continue it and it seems they're going to keep it that way. ^^

To be honest, I think they're making the right move here. The anime flopped when it was aired in Japan so it's likely to do it again. They'd already reached chapter 45 and it was starting to get dark and angsty already but when the anime came out things were cut from it to make it more happy. It seems fans didn't want anymore happyhappy shoujo on TV and so it took a pretty bad nose dive. In Japan, shoujo anime just isn't as popular as shonen on TV so it would be risky to make more of something that they know fans have already taken a dislike to.

Not to mention of course, that the plot for the anime would need some serious reworking.

Shigure's plans for using Tooru would be gone considering he was pretty much comic relief, then cried and appologised to Tooru in the last few episodes.

His relationship with Akito would be gone seeing as she was male, as would Ren's reason for hating her, Shi's reason for hating Kureno, his secrecy with Hatori, and pretty much everything that happened in volume 17.

Everything concerning Akito would have to be reworked too as Tooru talked with her in the final episode rather than at the end of the series. Unless they just made her a vilian with no real reasoning behind her actions or insane, she would end up being more like the Akito in the final chapters for the entire series. ^^;

2. If you library stocks manga then it should be there. There's an increasing number of librarys that stock it but if you want a quality translation download it from Stop Tazmo or Nemuidesu Distro. ^^
Reply:1. I dont believe they will make a second season. Although they could always change their mind.

2. My public Library has manga. Also it may depend on what kinda of manga your looking for and the rules your public library may have. For example my library only has so lame manga.

If you REALLY like a certain manga you may as well buy it. Its alot nicer to have your own so that your not handling books that you have no idea what someone has done with.
