the manga yeah. i think the manga will go up to 21 vol. but im not to sure about the anime. i think they stoped makeing that.

the anime is over, i heard somewhere that they just made it as a filler between some volumes or something, so there is pretty much no chance of there being a second season

The manga's over too. You're confusing it with the English TokyoPop releases. It's over in Japan at 23 volumes, but not all the TokyoPop volumes are out yet.
