Which Fruits Basket chapter is this?

I remember Tohru saying "whether he feels the same way or not...I can't stay here anymore." Then it says, "Mom, I'm going" I remember it made me cry and it had pics of Tohru and her mom together. Do you know which chapter or volume that happened in? I've been searching for awhile but I can't find it. Thanks so much! ^_^

this is definitely right after Tohru confessed and Kyo (kind of) rejected her. I don't remember the exact #, but looks backward, it should be 1-2 volume prior to the latest one (I've heard they had a final volume already, not sure if it's true)

Or do u meant the part when her mother died on that day, when Tohru didn't say "come back home, safely!"
Reply:i really don't kno who "he" is, so i really can't tell you, but i think it's in one of the later volumes like around 20-23. you can check it up on mangavolume.com.
Reply:well i havent read the latest fruits basket manga but it should b near the time she confesses 2 kyo about her feelings but he regects her because he didn't want her 2 get any more hurt because of the curse. but i'm now sure. this is based on what i know on the series. so it should b somewhere in the ending chapters or volumes.
